1. We use the county dispatch and they are CFA accredited so if you’re talking about any call in,you can upload a copy of their most recent award letter. If Pinellas is not CFA, I’ve heard that possibly a CALEA letter would work or assessors would need to go there and prove they are in compliance (and you can upload their policy) and highlight where it is in compliance.

Our policy addresses when office personnel receives the call, so make sure your policy still addresses that. Then, office personnel (like records) could be interviewed.
