The Records Bureau will send an email notification to the Policy and Accreditation Unit that a Public Records Request has been made. The Policy and Accreditation Unit will forward the policy to the Records Bureau and it will be redacted or if the entire policy is exempt, refused and the reply, along with the Public Records Request Form Exemption Notification, will be provided to the requestor, explaining why the policy was not provided.
