Law Enforcement FTO’s who are training deputy sheriffs and Forensics Trainers are paid $30.00 per daily observation report while actively training. FTO’s for Detention Officers and Field Service Technicians are paid $50 extra a pay period, regardless of whether they have a trainee. Communications Trainers are paid $25.00 extra a pay period regardless of whether they have a trainee.
